fuel pump problems-HELP!! 200

I have been thru this, I did the pump in the tank, then the line in the in tank pump, then a new fuel pump....the only thing that worked was a new pressure reg...it wasnt allowing the fuel to return to the tank, creating too much back pressure....I have an xtra one I could let go cheap if you need it....hopefully u wont....good luck
