Power Window Problem 200

I drive an 83 245, and my windows have worked fine all winter. I parked the car for 3 weeks and now only my front right window (driver's window) works.

The front passenger window worked going down, but wouldn't go back up. (Plastic and tape these past few days.)

I tried swapping my "good" driver's door switch to the passenger door, but that didn't work.

I tried cleaning the switches, but that didn't work either?

Any thoughts on this?
