Control Arm Bushings - How to Torque 200

Regarding control arm bushing replacement: Bentley says to lower the car after replacing bushings, bounce it around a bit, then torque the front and rear bushings. Mitchell 5 Online says to just raise the control arm with a jack to the normal driving position and torque the nuts. What's the consensus here on the Brickboard as to the best way. And those rear control arm bushing nuts? I can't reach them with a torque wrench. I think someone on the BB said just tighten them up good and tight. How do the rest of you guys do this? This is my first control arm job.
