hi all, we live in florida, no emissions and no vehicle inspections.
my daughter is moving to virginia beach and i hear they have some strict auto inspections.
can anyone inform me on what to expect so i can make sure everything is up to virginia standards.
also any good volvo mechanics in the area just in case. thanks a bunch
