How to replace 93 240 ignition switch 200 1993

having done 3 of them all the advice given is sound.

to add one last bit the real problem is access because of the thick wire harness that lays over the top of the switch greatly obscuring access and visibility.

remove cluster but first disconnect neg bat terminal
use a pry bar of long screw driver and lift the harness that lays over the switch up as much as you can. be careful since the srs wiring to the clock spring is in this spaghetti. if you move the harness up so you can see the job goes fairly quick and easy from below look upwards
