Try this 200

My rocker reconstruction isn't complete. Picture a crescent-shaped piece of sheet metal running the length of where the rocker is supposed to be; the top edge is fastened to the car but I haven't gotten around to fastening the bottom edge. I've thought of leaving it open so water and gunk can drain out or putting an "access hole" at both ends for cleaning and drainage.

But your idea sounds better. Where did you open the other hole to drain out the water and bypass the rockers?
