If the relay works at at with the bad connectors, I'd just install headlight relays and not worry about it. If you can't find electrical connectors, I can probably extract some from a used Central Electrical Unit for you. At least when I have time. My job has had me working way too much. I didn't have one day off in August, and I have to work this weekend in addition to my regular hours (M-F, 8 hours minimum each day).
