Have you considered modifying your gasoline engine for more MPG? 1800

i was drawn to the bio-diesel because of the environmental impact (or lack thereof) but it seems like swapping wouldn't be practical. modifying the engine would be a nice compromise, i've got a B20B as well, but seems like i'm lucky to be getting about 15mpg. any suggestions on where to start?
