A good way to "audition" a potential shop is to ask them if the caster and camber are adjustable on these cars. If they say, "Yes.", ask them how they do it. If they say, "No, it's not adjustable.", then find another shop.
In my experience, if they know how to do it, they're true techs with diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
If they don't know how to do it, then they are simply "parts swappers".
Just my 2 cents... arguably worth that.
