Alignment recommendations 700

Wow, this a lot to chew on. Thanks to everyone who replied! The post from Rule 308 about the toe in makes a lot of sense. I assumed because my tires are wearing on the outside that it was a camber problem. Is it fair to think if the toe in is incorrect the tires would be “dragging” and giving the same wear as a camber issue? I bought the car about a year and a half ago and was “told” all the front suspension was replaced. (ball joints, tie rods, etc.) The handling is still very tight, no play. Is it possible after the parts broke in the adjustment could have failed a little?
