pulled to right, now pulls to left 200 1991

I did check the trailing arm bushings and they seem pretty good so I don't think that's it. I will be doing some tire swapping tomorrow to try and get to the bottom of this. At this point I'm thinking it must be tire related in some way. I may just replaced the ball joints and tie rods as it's easy to do and I'll be starting from a clean slate and then get a proper alignment. I did notice the right side hubcaps are scratched up as if it's been run against a curb a few times.
