pulled to right, now pulls to left 200 1991

Not sure if anyone is checking this thread but the latest is that I switched the front tires and it now pulls to the right, so there is some kind of issue with the tires I suspect. The strange part about this whole situation is that the car originally pulled to the right with totally different wheels on it. Then I got the new tires put on known good rims and the car pulled to left. I swapped and it pulls to the right.
I guess I need to have the new tires checked first and then the alignment.
