pulled to right, now pulls to left 200 1991

I checked the pressures this morning and there's an imbalance in the rear, 30p.s.i. on the left and 25p.s.i. on the right. Could that little a difference cause a pull? Of course I'll be addressing those issues, just working all day and I'm a curious type.
