B230F Timing 700 1987

Could be your crank pully/dynamic balancer has slipped. Best check is to pull #1 plug and rotate engine by hand until you feel air forced out of plug hole indicating compression stroke. then use a thin screwdriver or simular rod to feel the piston as it rises in the cylinder to top center. then check how close the timing mark is to '0'. If thats ok pull your oil filler cap and see if both lobes for #1 on the cam are up to indicate cam timing is ok.
