That's curious. I didn't know that the pulley was in layers or sections. So the sections may have rotated? Hadn't thought of that. I know the notch in the pulley matched perfectly with the pin on the crank so that's OK. Would have wobbled if I'd screwed that up but it doesn't. Like I said, it runs great. Just the mystery continues. Thanks for your input.
