Any front cam bearing problems? 140-160

There are a couple things about installation that can mess you up.
One is if the oil holes are not aligned right, you don't get lube to the
bushing.
The other one is that if it is pushed in too hard and/or not quite straight,
the bushing can buckle a bit and be too tight. This becomes more likely if
you got it in wrong first (see above), then push it out and push it in again.

I have seen both of these happen.
The bushing is oiled from the center oil passage so the oil squirter
is not a factor in THIS failure but can certainly cause other failures.
