I've been thinking of this often since you mentioned it in an old post. I'll tell you what. Let me know if you get the bug again. I might start with you and compare notes. I'm saving everything from this trashed 745 that I can think of, for a Diesel Conversion.

I noticed the cross member has a has an extra pad welded on it for the left motor mount. This isn't present on the gasser cross member.
