Should be rust-free
Good upholstery
FI system working right
OD tranny, NOT noisy
Suspension in good shape, no clunks, shimmy, etc
AC working, ESPECIALLY the blower motor.
If it meets all the above and you like it, $2200 is a good price, but
it might be profitable to offer less, like $1800.
Be especially wary of rust around fenders, headlights, floor panels, etc.
