Where abouts has it been sitting? As in... what sort of climate. Sitting inside or outside? On a concrete pad or dirt? Them can all be a major factor in condition.

That said, I've resurrected a lot of these old girls that have sat a lot longer than 10 years. Often with little more than a brake bleed and fresh gas. I would definitely change the oil. Then pull the coil wire and crank it until the oil light goes off. Take a look at the carbs for sure... cleaning them and making sure there is fresh gas in the float bowls. New spark plugs would probably be a good idea too. Yes, the clutch is also hydraulic... just bleed it. It'll maybe leak, but it should be OK for now.

Soon after you get it running, change the transmission and rear end fluid. There is a chance your hydraulics will be OK with just a good flushing. But don't count on it. Keep a close eye on all fluid levels for a while.

If the thing was properly stored and in the condition that a 33k mile car should be, you could have quite a valuable thing coming your way. At that mileage, it's gonna have a good number of original parts... save anything you can for the sake of originality in case you or someone down the road wants to show it.

If it wasn't stored properly and allowed to rust underneath, you could have a parts car or something close to it. But you've definitely peaked my curiosity... please post pictures, keep us informed of how it goes, be careful, and have fun... these are my favorite sorts of cars to find fo sure...
