I did it the relatively easy way, using 122 front discs. They practically bolt right on, well, after drilling 3 new holes in the cliper mount and dust shield. Just strip the donor car and the PV down to the bare spindle, drill a few holes, and assemble all the disc parts onto the PV. They aren't vented, but they are darn good brakes.
