Silly remote starter question 140-160 1973

You only hook it up to the two BIG terminals if you don't want to energize the
solenoid, and only if the switch and cord are capable of carrying 150 amps
or so. Better to hook it to the "start" terminal on your solenoid and the
big one from the battery so it is like you hit the starter switch normally.
The start terminal is a ΒΌ" flat terminal, "faston" type.
