The rear bars on the PV kits don't use an endlink assembly quite like other models - instead of a long(ish) vertical bolt and spacing sleeve (as you'd find on a 122 or 1800), the PV uses a shorter bolt, and works without a sleeve. The ends of the moment arms are close enough to the floor that the sleeve isn't needed in order to ensure that the moment arms remain horizontal.

Even so, I'd call this an endlink assembly.
