OD not working 700

The O2 sensor should trigger a check engine light, so I wouldn't expect much either. One other thing occurred to me - is the catalytic converter clogged?

Re: long cranking times. When you go to start the car, turn the key to the "on" position, and wait a couple of seconds. You should hear the main fuel pump run and then stop when full pressure is built up. Then start the car. This might help.
