OD not working 700

"When you go to start the car, turn the key to the "on" position, and wait a couple of seconds. You should hear the main fuel pump run and then stop when full pressure is built up. Then start the car. This might help."

I don't think that Key On pump "buzz" happens on Dave's '89 740 turbo, if it has LH 2.2 with the 007 AMM. But not being real familiar with 700 cars, I could be wrong. That Key On pump run started with LH 2.4 I believe.
