Thanks, Bruce. There's an incredible amount of factual knowledge out there. My '89 740GL had LH 2.4. So it's possible that the Turbo's carried on with LH 2.2? Did OBD I start with LH 2.4, or did the 2.2 cars already have onboard diagnostics?
