Cold start 140-160 1975

The point I was trying to make is that you could take 2 or 3 pistons out & it should still run, only catastrophic things like a broken conrod or stripped timing gear will stop the bottom end from running.

Is your map sensor OK?
Does the vacuum hose to it have a hidden crack?
Does the idle mixture on the back of the control unit function?
