Rings for my b30 140-160 1975

Hi George,
I trust that your new ride is even better than you expected and hope you get some rain soon.
In my quest to get my 164 running again:
The Idle Air Control works
The Manifold Air Pressure has no leaks
The electrics appear to be operational. I couldn't find a melted wire under the dash.
I haven't been able to get a pressure test for the gas yet.

So, I was wondering... how can I check for an injector that may be stuck open? I advanced the timeing a little so that it will idle longer than 2 minutes, but the gas fumes make me shut down the engine after 5!
I haven't used a long screwdriver test to hear the injectors click, the air being sucked in by the IAC is quite loud.
My helper is in school all day and cannot hit the starter if I remove all 6 injectors and watch them spray. And if I find one that is stuck open, how do I unstick it. No air compressor in my shop.
Perhaps I have bitten off more than I can chew with this wonderful old car. I am starting to get discouraged. Perhaps it is just the gas fumes and the extra gas in the oil pan!

Klaus
