Well, Rhys said it quickly and completely.
I did this over the summer and used the instructions from VClassics.com Worked okay the only difference was that you were supposed to manually turn the crankshaft and adjust the valves. The roto suggestion is *so* much easier.
Whatever you do, do not overtighten or forget which way it should turn to loosen! I broke an adjuster and was on the verge of panic for a replacement. Then I was *amazingly* lucky to find a single spare in my parts box.
The relief was palpable.
