There's only three terminals on the back of the IGN Sw (BAT power-30, IGN power-54, Starter power-50) so they are all pretty important...just make sure the 7mm (yes it's metric...Bosch part! 9/32" in a pinch) nuts are snug (battery disconnected at the time for safety!).

If you're refurbing connections, after cleaning to bright shiny metal, spread on a thin film of zinc anti-corrosive paste*...that'll be the LAST time you will need to dink around with the connection ever again!
