Yep, somewhat well trod path by now.
You can reuse most of the D-Jet hardware, pump, injectors, manifold, fuel rail, engine temp, air temp sensors. You don't need the finicky MAP sensor. You'll need to replace the throttle switch with a potentiometer design, or you could use MAP based accerlation enrichment. Supposedly you'll need a manifold pressure referenced fuel pressure regulator, although from a theoretical point of view I'm not sure why you can't just fudge the VE table to account for the differing effective fuel pressure. I think you'll need a resistor pack for the injectors if using a 'plain' MS box.
I'd get it up and running on the fuel first, then tackle the ignition as a separate second step if I were you.
