A/C compressor just failed... 700

The compressor is definitely dead. It died today in traffic. It won't turn at all anymore, and the belt snapped in the process. So it's not just that the compressor clutch isn't engaging--the whole thing stopped and the belt snapped. If it were low coolant, the compressor disengages and the pulley wheel turns freely.
