It's Volvo's three litre OHV inline 6-cylinder engine, most commonly used in the 164 model. The variants I know of are the two carb B30A and the injected B30E and B30F. I have heard that many of its parts are interchangeable with B18/B20. I'm sure other, more knowledgeable brickboarders will have more to say about the conversion itself.
