Aha! And maybe one of the reasons the specific power output of the B30 was somewhat miserable compared to the B20? Even when they leveled the playing field in '72 (the first year you could compare the two engines with the same compression ratio and the same fuel delivery system), the B30 torque and HP output per litre of displacement was really bad compared to the B20.
