I had this exact problem. At the time I was using cheap Bosch plug wires from AutoZone. I went through about 3 sets before I finally got fed up and bought OEM from the dealer. The only time it dies now is when I give my motor a good power washing. Then, I just take off the coil wire, bang all the water out of it, dry the port on the cap, and replace. Problem solved, at least for me. Good luck!
