Neutral Switch Problem on 86 240 200 1986

Loosen the selector cover from the floor tunnel and you can see the neutral safety switch. Make sure the white plastic pin on the shifter hasn't slipped out of the switch, and the switch overall is aligned with the scribed marks so that when in D and N the white pin is lined up with the marks.

It's harder to explain than to see after you remove the cover. Best of luck.
