Second that. If mileage is all you're basing it on, don't worry about a rebuild. I recently got an '82 GL with 301,000 miles and the engine is the only thing that still works like brand new.

BUT, if you're intent on a rebuild and can do it yourself or have a friend who knows how, IPD sells rebuild kits for...what? $600? And IPD tends to be well on the pricey side.
