Does anyone know how to set up the timing on the 1990 780 B23 Turbo? I checked the timing yesterday and is not accurate, the timing mark is past the number 20 counterclockwise as you are looking at the engine from the front of the car. I loosen the distributor and moved it upward and downward, but nothing changed. I read the tech files in regards to the rpm sensor on top of the bellhousing, but nothing indicates how to adjust it. The car starts sluggish and even with a fairly new turbo, still sluggish on take off. May be someone can tell me what is wrong.
