Turbo OHC motors and AW71's trans? Won't go in without a fight, however. Heck, just the plain old BW35 that originally came in the 122 won't fit without tunnel modifications, might as well go for some gusto with a 250 hp turbo motor if going to that much trouble. Packaging down low around the sides of the engine is just tight as heck on a double-a-arm front suspension car like the 122.
