Turbo Tax produces their state tax return software on a specific state by state basis - not in a bundled all states version (except for the Professional Version, which is mucho expensive.) So you would need the federal turbo tax software for all those years, plus the specific state copy.
Did you contact the "other" tax preparer to see if they have copies? Most preparers keep copies, in electronic form at least, for a long time. One or two of the returns from that period could give you some hints on the deductions for the others.
You didn't mention what state you were dealing with, but you could take the problem to a CPA, or if the returns are not too complicated, H&R Block might be a reasonably low cost solution.
