I was having intermittent problems with my dome light, map light and headlight relay (it's been converted to switch off the signal stalk)- now and then all three would stop working simultaneously. I pulled the fuses one by one and lightly sanded the contacts and the ends of the fuses with fine sandpaper and viola, the problem is gone. Unfortunately I didn't make note of which fuse it was that was the culprit, I just did all of them. If you haven't tried cleaning the contacts on all of them, give it a shot.
