No, because its valves are bigger and the combustion chamber is bigger so
you end up with a low compression head with perhaps insufficient turbulence.
If it is bored out to B20 size (3.5") that changes things and the B20 head
is OK.
Is there a problem with your head other than compression ratio?
You could mill it a bit and fix that.
