Swedish Misab sells the Weber 34 DMTR for the 740, as a replacement kit for the Pierburg 34/34 2B5 and 2B7. They are pretty good with these carbs and it might be interesting to know what jetting they recommend, as a comparison to what you've got. Mail details on their web site: http://www.misab.se/
