This happened to my 760, I tried everything, finally called a locksmith, who eventually drilled out the cylinder--what a job!, that steel is hardened, and he ruined several bits and a few of mine to do it. If you do it yourself be sure to use the toughest bit you can buy. You can get cylinder/key assemblies from parts houses, even the original key code if you're willing to wait.
