Help me decide...240 vs 740 vs 940

I own one of each, (240 and a 940), and they each have thier own strong and weak areas. But they are both great cars.

I am also out looking for a wagon, and will buy the one in the best shape, with records, low mileage ( under 200k), without turbo, of any series that I can find. Been looking a while. I would prefer a 240, but can not find one that has not been bts. Even looked at a couple of 850's. But didn't buy 'em.
