i don't see why it wouldnt go 500,000 miles.

'specially if you drive like a typical volvo grandpamobile driver (no offense to you old guys)

do your regular maintainence, open 'er up on the highway and get rid of carbon buildup

have it well tuned

let it warm up to regular operating temp before taking it past 2000 rpm (thats what I do)

fixxing leaks shoudl prolly prolong life as well.
