Info on a '74 144S 140-160

There were two major changes between 73 and 74. The 73 had a 6-bolt engine
with D-Jetronic fuel injection. The 74 had CIS (AKA K-jetronic) fuel injection
and the new 8-bolt engine which shared crankshaft and rods with the B21 and
later engines and consequently had different pistons also. Everything else
was pretty much the same.
