71 Cloverleaf Wheels, vs 73 Wheels 1800 1973

No reason you can't... I know of no suspension or brake changes made between '70 and '73 that would prevent safe operation with the earlier wheels. The difference in offset between the 2 wheels is minimal, my guess would be a tenth of an inch or less. As Ken had mentioned though, the '70/71 wheels are in fact 1/2" narrower at 5". The '70/71 came with 165-15 tires, while the '72/73 cars were delivered with 185/70-15's.
