Junk Yard Test 700 1990

The junk Yards I have been to seem to have few Saab's and an overwhelming number of 700's. I have always been enamoured of the the early 90's Saaab 900's like the SPG and the turbo models - I WILL own one in my lifetime. I just love the way they look. They sorta look like airplanes. As for Volvo versus Saab, the Saab is a hundred (hunert?) times more comfortable in every way than a Volvo. But I'd rather have the Volvo because it won't leave you stranded with strange FWD problems (as well as non-Volvo problems) and the like. It sorta reminds me of the Lotus wherein the cache of the car is not whether or not you can afford to buy one, but whether you can afford to maintain it. I have a picture of a Volvo 245 wagon mated to the front end of a Saab funny picture but describes my mind set about both these cars (it's a real picture not photoshop fakery). If only saab had volvo internals, oh well. But lately the saab looks like any other honda, chevy, kia thing as opposed to their unique shoe-airplane look that has always been the impetus for owning one.
