SUCCESS?????? Sort of! 120-130

Hi Phil!

I used some real dashpot oil that Jim Morris had
when we did a tune up a month or two ago.
Prior to that I was using ATF.

What would you suggest I use?
I am willing to experiment if it will
make the car run even better.

Why would heavier oil stop the hesitation?
More resistance?
It hesitates and then it seems to "flutter" for a split second.
Does this description make any sense?

So my thinking was backwards. I was
thinking I needed to lean it out when
in fact I needed to richen it up!
Tomorrow I will go two more flats down and
see that works even better.

Thanks for your input Phil, I know these sound
like stupid questions for some of you, but
I really am beginning to understand some
things I really didn't know about these carbs.

It truely is appreciated!

Karl
