Rust-Free would be the key to it being worth the effort!

Actually at $350 that isn't too bad running or not and
as HoneyChrome mentioned, you can find B-18/20 engines
rather easily to pop in the car if the engine is bad.

I bought one for my son without a key for $368 on ebay,
took it to my freinds garage, put an aftermarket ingnition
switch in, pulled the choke out, tunrned the key, and she
fired right up!

These cars are very easy, even for a beginner like me, to work on.

If you have the $$$'s and it truely isn't a rust bucket
I would say consider it highly!
